I have been a member of InfoBarrel for five years. For the last three, I haven't written on the site, but have decided to come back and start writing again. I was diagnosed with Schizoaffective Disorder recently, as well as being bipolar. It has been a long hard road, but I've decided over the past couple of months to get back to writing online again.

I chose to come back here because I like the ease of writing articles, and the quality of the other authors on this site. There are a lot of less than perfect content sites around on the Internet. InfoBarrel is one of the best.

It's kind of hard to ease back into the habit of writing. But I've managed to do ok in the last couple of months over at HubPages. I decided I need to put my eggs in more than one basket. It's nice to build up a library of articles at a single site, but if the site ever goes down (like Helium and Ehow) then you're out of luck. Therefore spreading your work around is like a safety net.

There have been some changes since I've been gone. The look of the site is about the same, but there is the new earnings program. I do not understand how the tier system works yet, but I'm sure in time I will figure it out.

As I was never very active here, it seems pretty new, even though I'm not officially new here. I plan to be more active in the future, with reading the works of other writers, and adding my comments now and again. I also plan to participate more often in the forums. It appears to be a vibrant community here. I'm glad I came back.

InfoBarrel seems like a great place for me to start writing again. I look forward to sharing my thoughts with the community, and the world. I have a lot of spare time for writing, and have chosen to work on revenue-sharing sites such as this. I like this type of platform, as opposed to being paid per article. I think that residual and passive income is the most rewarding kind. I can write once and see profit for months or years to come.

InfoBarrel has proven to have staying-power where other content sites flounder and fail. I hope to see it around for a long time to come. I hope to write several articles a week here, and start to build up my article library. I will try to come up with interesting article ideas to share. My goal is to spend time writing on InfoBarrel until I have about a hundred articles, to see what kind of income potential it has for me, and what my future will be like here.
