I have re-started the standard, highly touted apple cider vinegar drink that reportedly cures countless woes. Many years ago I tried the stronger drink which is:
- 8 oz. natural apple cider vinegar
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1-2 tsp. honey
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper.
- 8 oz. water (I prefer hot water)
- 2 tsp. organic, raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp. organic honey.
Braggs Apple Cider VinegarI use Bragg - Apple Cider Vinegar, gallon, 1 liquid. This brand is the only one I know of that qualifies as organic, raw, and unfiltered. Others are diluted, so the live factors, like enzymes are misssing. It is found everywhere; grocery stores, health food stores, and online. Another plus for this brand is that the taste is fantastic. I can easily sip on the drink before eating a meal, and feel good about doing so.
The nutrition facts of this brand shows that it contains more potassium than other factors. That is true for all undiluted apple cider vinegar. Potassium promotes organism growth (cell and tissue). It is a healing liquid with naturally occurring germ fighters.
Daily Tonic BenefitsThe apple cider vinegar benefits just from the daily tonic are amazing. One of the best is for arthritis. Cut back on those achy joints with the daily tonic. Also a liniment made with 2 egg whites, 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar, and 1/4 cup olive oil massaged on joints is supposed to help relieve the arthritis.
Cancer can be avoided with the daily tonic plus an apple a day.
