10 Simple Steps for Fighting Cellulite
A few other issues are more disturbing for beauty and resistant as cellulite. Then, with the same foot, step back on the floor, move your weight on it, then return to a starting place. Repeat 20 times with each leg, if possible daily.
5. Water drainage
Take a 20 minute bath in water heated to 38 °C, with the addition of 500 grams of algae or sea salt. Both stimulate fluid drainage accumulated in the tissues.
6. Avoid fat
When you feel the need for something sweet, eat sweet gum candies with confidence (teddy bears, dinosaurs, snakes.), which doesn’t contain fat, but gelatin. This strengthens the connective tissue. And if you cannot survive without cookies or other sweets, choose low-fat ones.
7. Massage with the tennis ball
The balls are usually used for massaging soles and foot reflex zones, but they are effective in combating cellulite: massage your affected areas in the shower. It helps get rid of cellulite. For muscle training: sit on the floor, put the tennis ball between your knees and squeeze it over 20 times.
8. Gymnastics on bed
Gymnastics done before you get out of bed creates an extraordinary sensation: leaned back with legs bent, feet resting on and raise your stomach as much as you can, keeping buttocks tight. Hold it for 10 seconds, relax and repeat the exercise 20 times.
