Do You Want to Get Rid of Cellulite?

10 Simple Steps for Fighting Cellulite

A few other issues are more disturbing for beauty and resistant as cellulite. You know what is about: skin holes, ugly, resembling an orange peel, which appears on the thighs and buttocks of the woman. Although many cosmetic products promise radical results, they are not seen yet. Instead, a survey among women who have succeeded in fighting cellulite, discovered a few strategies:

1. Legging "Trick"
Take some thick and thigh stocking-pants (legging), soak them in warm salty water, squeeze them and wear them on without anything underneath. Wrap yourself with a thick blanket and sit on the couch lying in front of  TV for about an hour. The result: your skin will be smooth.

2. "Hot" ice compresses
Frost taken directly from the freezer irrigate blood. Place a few ice cubes in a plastic bag and apply it on the cellulite area once a day, and you'll see dramatic results.

3. Grease yourself correctly
For any anti-cellulite cream to have the desired effect, you have to massage your skin gently, with circular motions. The effect is the same as after lymph drainage. The accumulated water is put into movement. Whatever you use - brushes, rough sponges or beads - a light massage is a boon for skin affected by cellulite. It is important to do it at least 3 times a week. Ideal: once a day.

4. Fortify your hips
It's an exercise that you can do even at work, when nobody sees you. Stand behind a chair, hands supported on the back. Lift one leg back with knee bent at 90 degrees. Then, with the same foot, step back on the floor, move your weight on it, then return to a starting place. Repeat 20 times with each leg, if possible daily.

5. Water drainage
Take a 20 minute bath in water heated to 38 °C, with the addition of 500 grams of algae or sea salt. Both stimulate fluid drainage accumulated in the tissues.

6. Avoid fat
When you feel the need for something sweet, eat sweet gum candies with confidence (teddy bears, dinosaurs, snakes.), which doesn’t contain fat, but gelatin. This strengthens the connective tissue. And if you cannot survive without cookies or other sweets, choose low-fat ones.

7. Massage with the tennis ball
The balls are usually used for massaging soles and foot reflex zones, but they are effective in combating cellulite: massage your affected areas in the shower. It helps get rid of cellulite. For muscle training: sit on the floor, put the tennis ball between your knees and squeeze it over 20 times.

8. Gymnastics on bed
Gymnastics done before you get out of bed creates an extraordinary sensation: leaned back with legs bent, feet resting on and raise your stomach as much as you can, keeping buttocks tight. Hold it for 10 seconds, relax and repeat the exercise 20 times.

9. Super-efficient for cellulite
How to enable irrigation of blood for the removal of residues in tissues.
