The Nutrimill Wheat Grinder is made by Bosch which is a name brand you can count on to make a high quality grinder. This grinder will grind you whole grain into soft, fresh, wheat flour. It features a flour texture control for a course flour or real fine, making a lighter bread. It has a 20 cup bowl capacity, and has a beautiful, ergonomically designed knob controls, and handles for the bowl.

The Nutrimill Wheat Grinder grinds the wheat at a low temperature which preserves the nutrients in the whole grains, and can be adjusted to course textures for cereal, to the ultra-fine flour, to suit all your recipes. It will grind a variety of grains as well as legumes.

The grinder is compact which, mentioned earlier, will hold 20 cups in hopper. The grinder is self-cleaning, making clean up a breeze. It also comes with a new addition, a pre-cracking element which is in the impact chamber and will grind the grain before you put it into the hopper, before you even turn the mill on. This will also handle long grinding sessions, my old KitchenAid would not be able to handle this, so grinding my grain took forever.

The Nutrimill Wheat Grinder grinds very quickly, saving you a lot time, filling it up, waiting for it to complete the task. The flour is so much better than any flour purchased at the store, and you know it is fresh. This is a great product, and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to grind their own wheat.
