Great Pizza Recipe For Your Ora Flat Sandwich Bread

Supplies Needed

2 ora flat sandwich flats

4 TBS low fat cheese

4 TBS tomato sauce of your choice

Salt

Black pepper (or cayenne pepper)

Vegetables of choice

Baking pan or pizza pan

 

Cooking Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees for 10 minutes

On a baking sheet or a pizza pan, place two slices of ora flat sandwich thins

Toast the flat bread slices for about 5 minutes until a little crispy

Take the flat bread slices out of the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes

Add 2 TBS tomato sauce and spread over each of the slices of bread.

Add salt and pepper to add some taste to the tomato sauce, just sprinkle both on top

Add your veggies (optional)

Add your cheese (2 TBS per slice)

Add a dash or two of salt and pepper on top of the cheese

Let pizza bake for at least 5 to 8 minutes or until cheese is melted to desire

Take pizza out of the oven and let cool for 15 minutes

Makes a great lunch for one or two people depending on your dietary needs
