If you are cooking a meal for two, start by thawing out two chicken breasts. So pull them out of the freezer a couple hours before preparation so we can begin to make our orange chicken.

The first step to making orange chicken is to cut up the chicken breasts in slices or squares depending on the look that you want for your platter. Then place them in a frying pan and put it on medium-low.

While you are cooking the chicken breasts, we can start making our Minute Brown Rice. Also we can start slicing up half a red pepper, half a green pepper, and half an onion.

Measure out 1/4 cup of orange juice and 1/4 cup of Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing by Kraft. This is where we will get the orange taste, which is why we call it orange chicken. When you chicken is cooked add the orange juice and Asian Dressing to the frying pan, and also the onions and red/green peppers we sliced up earlier. Bring the sauce to a boil and then turn the oven on low. Let it sit on low for 10 minutes and let the chicken soak up the orange juice and sesame dressing.
