Organic Cleansers, Masks, Scrubs, and Acne Treatments

Acne is never fun whether you are a teenager dealing with hormonal changes or an adult dealing with an acne outbreak. There are lots of products out there that claim to get rid of acne. Some work, some don’t. Some include multiple products that you can use one after the other. However, the best solution really is organic acne treatment.

What is Organic Acne Treatment?
Organic acne treatment comes in two varieties. The first is natural things you can do at home. This can include a healthy lifestyle as well as applying fruits, vegetables, and essential oils to the skin. There are thousands of options for natural acne treatments.

The second organic acne treatment is store bought compounds designed to treat acne. These organic acne care products are made from natural ingredients such as plant oils, essential oils, fruits, vegetables, and grains. There are thousands of products to choose from!

Why is Organic Acne Treatment Best?
Whether you choose natural home remedies or you go with store bought organic acne care products you are choosing a better method for combating your acne. This is because most acne treatments out there have a lot of harsh chemicals and dangerous ingredients. They can dry up the skin causing more acne. They can cause irritation. Some even have chemicals that enter the skin with unknown side effects. Organic acne treatment is better because it is less likely to cause dryness and irritation and they are less likely to have chemicals that are dangerous when they enter the blood stream.

Natural Acne Treatments
There are a lot of things that you can do at home or even find in your cupboard to treat your acne. Some people choose to go this route rather then to buy store bought remedies of any sort. You can certainly do that, though in most cases it is best to combine natural acne treatments with organic acne care products.

Healthy Lifestyle - The best thing you can do for your acne is to live a healthy lifestyle. This means that you should drink plenty of water, eat lots of fruits and vegetables, have a balanced diet, and get exercise. This helps to keep things in your body working correctly and can make a difference in your acne.

Homemade Toners - You can make your own organic face wash if your really want to, but often it takes time and effort. Many of the cleansers need to be made up right before you use them which can be time consuming. On the other hand, you can make or buy a natural toner and keep it on the counter for after you wash your face and before you put on any make up. Witch hazel and rose waters are two great examples.

Homemade Masks - Another time consuming product to make is homemade masks. However, there are literally thousands of excellent recipes that have a lot to add to your skin. They can be used whenever you have a little extra time to mix them up and use them. You can even make your own recipes! First you should choose a base for your mask such as clay powder, ground oatmeal, or baking soda. Then you will want to mix in essential oils, nourishing oils, and other ingredients to fight acne. Chamomile and tea tree oil are good essential oils, grapeseed oil is a nourishing oil, and honey, milk, and eggs are all good for acne. A simple option is to take ¼ cup of oatmeal and gently cook it for a soft feel. Then add two tablespoons of honey and 5 drops of tea tree oil. Mix it all together and gently apply a layer on the face after washing it. Leave the mask on for 20 minutes and rinse it off with warm water.

Organic Acne Care Products
In addition to the things you can do at home to make a difference in your skin there are a wide variety of organic acne care products that will make a difference. You will want to choose one in a style you like and then try it out. It’s always a good idea to start with small bottles so that if you don’t like it then you aren’t stuck with a giant bottle of something. Here are some options.

Organic Face Wash - There are a wide variety of organic face washes. There are foaming cleansers, gentle washes, and even scrubs. You can choose the type that you like or use more than one. It is often a good idea to use an organic face wash and then an organic toner. Astringents are popular for those with acne, but they tend to dry out the skin and that can cause additional pimples.

Organic Creams - After you have washed your face you should always use some sort of moisturizer. This includes lotions and creams which will make sure that your skin has enough moisture in it. If your skin dries out then it will produce more oil which can clog pores and make pimples. So, adding a layer of moisturizer will help prevent that.

Organic Makeup - While organic makeup is not really a part of organic acne treatment, it can make a great deal of difference. By putting harsh makeup on your skin you can cause more problems. If you use organic make up it is less likely to irritate the skin and make things worse. It is still important to wash organic make up off at the end of the night to protect your skin.

Organic Acne Care Product Brands
There are a lot of organic acne care products out there. Many major companies are making organic varieties of their products. If you have a favorite company then you may want to see what they have to offer in organic varieties of acne care products. There are also a lot of different companies that offer organic products. These brands include Gunilla of Sweden, Dermify Acne Treatment, Origins, Kiss My Face, Clear Face, Juice Beauty, Desert Essence, Mountain Rose, Nature's Gate, Boots Botanics, and others.

Acne is never fun. However, organic acne treatment can go a long way in making your life better. You can combine natural acne treatment with organic acne care products to have clearer skin. It is the best choice for the health of your skin.
