Organic Vitamins

By | 0 Comments | Rating: 0 | |

Most people probably think that all vitamins are natural vitamins. This is simply not the case. What companies have done is take similar components of vitamins and then mass produced synthetic ones in labs. So keep in mind not all vitamins are natural or organic the benefits are different.

When shopping for food items in the grocery store it's also a good idea to look at the ingredients. Pick up any boxed food and if you see on the food label, vitamin enriched or vitamin fortified you know that synthetic vitamin content has been added to that food. It's really just a farce since manufactures are just trying to make you think your getting some healthy when you're actually not.

What happens when you add synthetic vitamins to anything is this, synthetic is never as good as 100% natural. Even if a manufacture attempts to copy the real thing there is still differences, enough to the point where your body will react differently as opposed to it getting the real thing.

Many products on the market today state that they are enriched which means they are synthetic and to boot they are not at the correct ratio. Too much of a vitamin is either useless or can actually cause damage to your body. So too much of one vitamin is just simply no good for your health. For example, if you take too much Vitamin C you will suffer from diarrhea.

When you ingest organic vitamins which come from the earth you get the exact proportion that you need naturally. Your body reacts best to these types of vitamins which is why you should stick to them. Natural vitamins are put together naturally and also contain various beneficial nutrients including antioxidants, omega 3's and many other various compounds which contribute to a healthy lifestyle.

Stick to a plan and stay away from all enriched products or any synthetic items. Look at all the labels and stick with 100% all natural vitamins, supplements and even your food. You'll notice that most of the synthetic vitamins are cheaper than the natural ones don't fall for it, you get what you pay for. Look for natural vitamins that have different types of nutrients, like natural enzymes, herbal extracts and antioxidants. When looking for the good natural organic vitamins don't go to the grocery store go to a whole foods store or a place where they specialize in natural vitamins.
