Being a dedicated fitness person; my weight and physique are important.  Working out is one of the key ingredients to maintaining my good health.  During my years in the military it was relatively easy to stay in shape because working out was a daily requirement.  Once I retired, I continued to work out but not at the same level.  Keeping the key ingredients in place; aerobics, weight training and a sound meal plan my body stayed on track. 

By the time I hit the Middle Ages my body seemed to require twice as much exercise to maintain my conditioning and my meal plan seemed to be failing me.  Gaining an additional thirty pounds; there had to be something done to help me out.  Discussing my issues with some of the other gym rats, fat burners came up.  Never having used any before I was quite skeptical as well as concerned about the possible dangers.  The most talked about supplement was Oxy Elite Pro.  With the support of my spouse and my friends I started doing my research.  Reading many reviews on this supplement it sounded promising, but the proof would be on the scale and the mirror.

Well, I strictly followed the dosage instructions.  Starting with one capsule before breakfast and taking only one for the first five days.  One thing about this supplement, you must eat within 30 minutes of taking the first pill or you will be extremely nauseated.  After the initial five days, I moved up to one capsule in the morning and one in the afternoon.  The bottle says you can take one or two and I believe it depends on how your body reacts.  When I moved on to taking two capsules my body became very shaky.  I didn’t like the way I felt with two in my system and immediately went back to only taking one.  There were never any additional side effects for me.  Now I know there are some athletes that can take up to the daily allowed amount of three.  This was not the case for me.

My regiment with Oxy Elite Pro is to take one per day for six weeks and then take a break for 4 weeks.  I have been on this regiment for about a year.   I have been able to maintain my weight at 145 and use the same workout routines and eating plans before my middle ages.  To me this is a testament to how well this supplement works.  Getting down to this weight happened in a period of just over three months.  My body seemed to keep losing weight even after I started my break.  This has been encouraging for me as well as many others.

This supplement may not be for everyone, but it works for me.   This will not take the place of regular exercise and a healthy diet.  It will help you to lose fat and slim down.   If you think this is something you would like to try, go for it.  Just remember to do your research and consult with your physician.  May all of your weight loss and fat burning dreams come true.
