This recipe combines Philadelphia Cream Cheese with new potatoes to make a mash potatoes platter that will go hand in hand with a designer stuffing with your Thanksgiving turkey dinner.Things You Will Need
- 1 1/2 lbs peeled new potatoes, cut into chunks
- 1/3 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese spread (chive and onion light flavor)
Step 1
Cook the potatoes in boiling water for 20 minutes or until you can stick a fork through them easily.Step 2
Drain the potatoes and place the dry potatoes in a saucepanStep 3
Add your Chive and Onion Flavored cream cheese and mash with a potato masher or a mixer until nice and fluffy!Serves 6 People
