Some programs feed on the gullibility of others. Stay away from any program that makes wild claims like, "Lose 50 Pounds and Get Six Pack Abs in a Month!" You have seen them, and they are not that hard to spot. Do not kid yourself that programs like these are somehow golden, as you will be lying to yourself if you buy into such claims. If they were as great as they claim to be, then Beach Body’s P90X and Insanity programs would be completely obsolete and yesterday’s news. Getting in shape requires dedication and hard work, and there is no way getting around that.

So you have defined your goals, found some programs that seem promising, and avoided all the wild claims out there. Now it is time to make your decision. This could be the hardest part, since all your choices look great. They are most likely all equally good, so just choose one and do not second guess yourself on having made the right decision.
