As all Pilates kits come with instruction guide and visual aids in the form of books, photos, DVD's and cd's, this means that even people who have never had any experience of Pilates before are able to learn Pilates in their own home, through the instruction guides, which will show them how to properly perform the different Pilates exercises and poses.

It is also possible to get kits that are aimed at certain aspects of Pilates, for example core body work. These kits will contain all of the relevant and appropriate equipment and instructional material.
