Have you ever heard any Pitbull songs? No, I'm not talking about songs made for an aggressive type of dog, or indeed sounds howled or even sung by an aggressive type of dog. The cells of Pitbull that I am referring to are those of the Miami-based rapper activist called pit bull, a.k.a. Bill Seco or Mr. 305. His real name is Armando Christiane Bennett. His music is based around the Cuban/Spanish style, mixed with a bit of dance, a lot of rap, and a very accentuated Jamaican lilt. I know this sounds like another combination but it works quite well.
Pitbull released his first album in 2004 it was called M.I.A.M.I.(Money Is a Major Issue) to great acclaim. Indeed it is one of my favorite albums from the stables of Pitbull.
His subsequent albums were just as good. There was the follow-up to Money is the major issue entitled "Money Is Still a Major Issue" which was released in November 15, 2005.
Then on October 17, 2006 Pitbull released the album called "El Mariel". This was followed by one of his most successful albums called "The Boatlift". His long awaited fifth album of Pitbull songs will be released in September of this year.
The songs all of Pitbull include "Culo" which reached number 32 in the US hot 100. His following song was "Dammit Man" which only managed 119 in the US hot 100.
Pitbull songs I've been coming out fast and furious ever since. Indeed he was involved in the soundtrack for the film "fast and furious".
I look forward to his new album with eager anticipation, and I'm sure it will not be disappointed.
