Some propane fireplaces are so inconsiderably small it can fit anywhere. It is fueled by propane, which is cleaner and available anywhere, which will favor you in case you don't feel like chopping woods. Maintenance and tidying up propane fireplaces are easier to manage because there are no ashes to worry about.

For people who don't find miniature logs imitating a wood burning attractive or believable, it is still a good choice. The smell of a wood with true flickering flame on wood fireplaces is priceless. I have both of these fireplaces on my humble house and I would say that both of the have their own benefits and drawbacks. If I am made to choose just one of them, I would go for both. Safety should also be one of the considerations when choosing the fireplace. And yet again, it should always be about the warmth they provide us on cold nights and how efficient they are for you and the environment.
