Proteins consist of amino acids that are a building material of human body. Protein is present in every cell and is essential for almost every process. It affects the way people age, their appearance (skin, hair and nails), overall health and weight. Proteins play a very important role for us as their deficiency can lead to osteoporosis, some types of cancer and other horrible diseases. Human bodies need proteins to repair any kind of damage, so the need for them rises after surgeries.
