Real Estate Grants Are Free Money That You Will Never Have To Pay Back

By | 1 Comments | Rating: 0 | |

If I said to you that you could get a real estate grant and that it would be free money that you could keep and never have to pay back, would you believe me? How often can you get anything for free these days, never mind free money? Well, that's exactly what a government house grant will do for you, it will give you free money which you can spend on a down payment for your mortgage, or the closing costs of purchasing your home. You can get free money to pay for refurbishments to your home or four building an extension... an extra room, or making repairs to your home. You can even get free government money to help you to balance out your mortgage payments.

Let me say this again, this is absolutely free cash. This free cash is offered in the form of real estate grants by the state government, it is also offered by your local government agencies. Other groups that will supply you with free real estate grants are private foundations. I know you're asking the question... why?

Let's take it from the bottom. So let's say that you are a first-time buyer. You can't really afford to go out and buy a new home because you can't raise the deposit, so what you do is you stay in a rental accommodation. This does nothing for the economy other than giving the landlord some money, and maybe shooting the governments some taxes once a twice a year. But let's say that the government gives you a real estate grant, you can get as much as $20,000 in cash, now you are going to go out and you're going to put that money as a down payment on a house.

Now what you have is a developer who has built a house, you come along with your free government grant and put your deposit down and buy the property from him. This is the whole reason why the government would give you free money. They're trying to keep the housing market moving. When the property developer sells you the house, you get a great home for your future and your children. The property developer gets the money back that he has put into the original development, plus he gets the profits which he can again put back into the business. Either way he will build more houses which means that the people that he employs keep their jobs, he may even employ more people. Investors have the same opportunities for investing and the government still rakes in money from mortgage taxes, sales taxes on materials for house building, income tax from workers, and business tax from the developer. It's a win-win situation, you get free money and the government gets repaid because they get more revenue in taxes. So everyone wins with free real estate grants.
