4 Reasons Why You Should Play The Sims 3 Part I

By Edited Jul 5, 2014 0 0
In view of all the excitement created from the teasers of the upcoming the Sims 4, here are some reasons why you should give its predecessor a go.

You create your perfect Sim.

Loyal players who have followed the Sims game series right from the original release would strongly agree that the game has come a long way. The massive improvements in the graphics and game play since it's inception, are evident. The characters that you can create are looking and behaving more human-like with each new release.
It isn't just looks though. Since the Sims 2, you have been granted the ability to control the personality type of your Sim. On top of that, the characters are now able to age too. With the Create A Sim function in the game, you can fully customize your character using the unlimited options in the game. You can determine the way your character looks and dresses, how your character will sound, the unique personality he/she has and even the interests he/she likes. In the upcoming Sims 4, you even get to customize the swag of your character by choosing how he/she walks.
Stress relief
Thanks to this awesome feature, players can release stress through playing the game. Colleague look-a-likes filled the Sims neighborhood belonging to my friend. Some of these 'doubles' ended up as great neighbors, while others died a tragic and public death.

You get to control your Sim.

You get to control everything. Everything. Total control.
One of the common frustrations many of us face in real life, is the inability to get our fellow humans to act in accordance to what we want. Face it, its impossible to get some people to carry out procedures the perfect way you'd imagine. Heck, sometimes it's impossible to even get a kid to sit still.
In the Sims, you get to do just that. No doubt, you are limited by the options available in the game, but trust me, it's pretty comprehensive. From getting a Sim to flirt with every other Sim he/she meets, to getting them to piss off every Sim on the block. You can even get them to swim to their deaths.
On top of the in-game social interactions, you can also focus on creating the life story of your unique character. By knowing and working towards the Aspirations of your character, you can control how fulfilled your character will be. You could create the next mad scientist, famous superstar or super rich mogul.
In this game, you are the master! You can create any lifestyle for your character!
