Metabolism Boosting Meals

Take four boneless and skinned chicken breasts and cut them into small strips. Heat up 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pan on a medium heat. Add the chicken strips, 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper to the pan. Fry for around 7 minutes or until the chicken is cooked and brown. Take the cooked chicken from the pan and leave to drain on paper kitchen towels. Leave the juices in the pan. Mix together in a bowl a large bunch of washed and dried spinach (remove the stems first), 1 medium red onion (finely sliced) and the drained cooked chicken. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 4 tablespoons of cider vinegar and a handful of chopped pecan nuts to the juices left in the pan. Warm up this mixture a little while stirring and then pour it over the spinach, chicken and onion mixture. Toss in a container of fresh raspberries and serve.

Try this easy to make, yet tasty, dish for a metabolism boosting main meal:

Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to a frying pan and heat it up over a medium to high heat. Stir-fry a small can of salmon and 1/2 a pound of frozen vegetables in the pan. Put in a mix of either Italian or Cajun spicy seasoning. You can also vary the type of fish or vegetables in this recipe to make several different dishes.
