When it comes to recognizing the signs of stress based from your mental abilities, you may or may not perceive it at once. But, as a rule of thumb, a decrease in cognitive functions such as decrease in concentration is a classic sign that your brain is asking for rest. In contrast to that, stress presents itself in varying scenarios far worse than a decrease in concentration. With that, you’ll know you're dealing with stress when you're experiencing any of the following:
