Recruiting Network Marketing Leads With Emotion

Network marketing is a leadership game in that you need to lead your prospects into the business. There are two kinds of leaders in any organization. There are the ones that stand at the back and shout orders and there is the kind that is out front shouting, "Follow me." In order to be successful with this business you have to bring people along with you. You can not expect success if you are going to try and push someone into the business.

This fact is why so many new MLM people are unsuccessful. They try to push their network marketing lead into joining by coercion and guilt. This is the tactic that is usually tried on ones family and friends. It is surprising how many of these people will join your down line but it is not surprising that they never do anything with the business. They don't want to be in the business and they really have no intention of working the plan or program.

Instead of coercing your warm list why not try bringing them along in the business with them. Be emotionally engaged in your program and show that to people. If you are not excited about the future prospects of your MLM business you can't expect the people you are pitching to be excited. If people are bored by the plan there is no way they will buy into the possibility of their success. This is a key to getting high power members to join. You have to get them emotionally involved in their future and what it can become.

The best thing you can do is believe in what you are pitching and feel the potential success you will have. If you aren't convinced that there is a good future in the plan then you will never convince the network marketing leads you a seeking as down line members. There is an old saying in sales, "you will never be successful selling what you don't believe in." Oh sure, you will get some sales but you will never work to your potential until you believe in what you are selling.

It is the same thing with network marketing, if you don't believe it is a good opportunity then you will never build a great money making machine. You must be emotionally tied to your plan or you might as well throw it out the door.
