Did you know that there are four different wrinkle types, there is static, deep, dynamic and fine. Lets tell you what each different type is, static wrinkles are the wrinkles on your face that are seen at all times. Deep wrinkles are the very deep wrinkles that are found in places like the forehead. Dynamic wrinkles are the wrinkles that you see when you smile, frown and move your facial muscle to make an expression on your face and fine wrinkles are the fine lines that you see around the eye area.

There are many different ways to treat wrinkles, you can take the surgical route or you can take the non surgical route. Lets tell you about some non surgical steps you can take to get smoother looking skin. First of all, you should be swapping your cotton pillow cases with satin or silk. These softer materials will help to smooth out the facial wrinkles whilst you are sleeping and will help to ensure that you wake up looking the best that you can.

Exercise is a good wrinkle buster as well, especially walking because it helps to deliver oxygen around the face and gets the blood and circulation moving. It also reduces the tension and stress that is said to age your skin prematurely. Exercise is going to release the feel good chemicals which are going to lead to a more stress free and relaxed you.

What you eat can also have an effect on our many wrinkles you have on your face. For healthy skin you must ensure that your body is getting all the vital nutrients it requires to function at its best. Eating foods that are rich in Vitamins is going to help to hydrate and plump up the skin which is going to make your wrinkles look less noticeable. Look to add lots of fresh fruit and vegetables to your diet and also look for anti wrinkle creams which contain vitamins in their ingredients.

Lots of people think that wrinkles are all down to having dry skin, sure dry skin does look more wrinkly. But the main causes of wrinkles are too much sun exposure, smoking and the pollutants that are in the environment you live in. If you have got dry skin though, you can improve its appearance by drinking more water and making sure it is well moisturized and hydrated with a good rich moisturizing cream.
