The Basics

Page Plus Cellular is a prepaid cell phone service provider in the U.S. It is know for their low rates, flexible plans, and most importantly no contracts.

Page Plus offers different prepaid services. Their most popular service is called the " standard plan" which uses prepaid calling cards. This plan is very easy to use and understand. You buy prepaid cards at certain incraments showed below.

$10 prepaid card = 100 minutes

$25 prepaid card = 400minutes

$50 prepaid card = 1,000 minutes

Once you have purchased the card, you simply follow the step-by-step instructions on the back of the card. Once you have applied the minutes to your phone they last for 120 days. If you don't replenish your account before the 120 day deadline, then your phone will be deactivated and will no longer have service. One of the things that sets apart Page Plus from other prepaid services is rollover minutes. Every time you replenish your account(before the 120 day deadline), the minutes you have left over, will automatically rollover. That means if you have $10 in your account and the deadline is appraching, and you apply another $10 worth of minutes to your account, your new balance will be $20. This is a major plus, other prepaid services like Virgin Mobile and Go Phones from AT&T delete and throw away any unused minutes at the end of each mont. That is money down the drain.

I have been using Page Plus Cellular for about 3 years now, and have never had a single problem. I have found it to be the cheapest prepaid phone service in America. Another advantage to using Page Plus is that you not only can use the phones that Page Plus offers, but you can also connect any Verizon phone to the Page Plus Prepaid service. Most of the other prepaid services only allow you to use a phone that they themselves sell. Page Plus gives you the option of any of there phones or a Verizon phone.

Last but not least, Page Plus is reliable. It offers service and great coverage throughout the U.S. The coverage is fantastic in my opinion. They also offer great customer support with any problems you might have.

In Closing

Overall Page Plus is a great reliable prepaid phone service. I would recommend it to anyone! Page Plus is especially good for a first time cell phone user such as teenagers and seniors. I also wanted to let you know that Page Plus offers texting and picture messaging. On the " standard plan" it costs 10 cents for each incoming and outgoing text you send or recieve. These texting rates are also very well priced compared to other prepaid cell phone services. You can purchase Page Plus prepaid cards and cell phones online at their website, drugstores, your local cell phone retailer, and exclusive Page Plus cell phone stores throughout the country.

I give Page Plus a 5 star rating!
