Many people with lawnmowers equipped with collection bags know the advantages of mulching their scattered leaves up. Mulching your leaves can serve many purposes other than making good compost for next spring; you will also save quite a bit of money by filling up your trash bags with as much as possible by grinding the leaves down in to smaller debris.

The Flowtron LE-900 Leaf Shredder operates with a powerful 8 amp electric motor to get the leaf shredding job done. Because the Flowtron LE-900 Leaf Shredder uses electricity instead of being gas powered, your neighbors will appreciate the ultra low noise generated by this particular model.

The unit only weighs in at 17 pounds which allows for easy placement and storage. You can also count on the durability factor of the Flowtron LE-900 Leaf Shredder as it is constructed out of mostly high impact plastic that will last you for years to come.

The leaf mulcher fits securely over large trashcans and has different levels of mulching settings to control the size of the leaf particles upon expulsion. This is my first season with the Flowtron LE-900 Leaf Shredder so I do not have any complaints about the product thus far.

The Flowtron LE-900 Leaf Shredder comes backed with a limited one year warranty. Judging from the high quality and smooth operation, I suspect this leaf shredder will provide me with years of good service.
