Running To Burn Belly Fat Fast

We all know how hard it is to lose belly fat. One of the best ways to do it is with running because it's one of the most intensive cardio workouts and can be used to burn a lot of fat.

However, not all running is made equal. There are ways to burn more fat by running and you should definitely use them as they can make a dramatic difference in how your body looks and feels.

Here are some tips on how to make running burn more belly fat:

1. Run outdoors as this is harder than on a treadmill. Basically, it means you'll be burning more calories per minute. Try to not run on a hard road, grass or loose soil is better for your joints.

2. Include some incline running during your workout. Running at even a small incline can burn a lot more fat. Try to avoid running at a decline as this places a lot of tension on the knees.

3. Make sure to run with comfortable shoes and clothes. This is for your health and your convenience as well. Never save on running shoes as they protect your joints from the constant shocks of running.

4. Include some sprinting in your jog. If you want to burn belly fat by running you will get a double benefit from sprinting because when you sprint, your abs are straining like crazy so you get a cardio workout and an abdominal strength workout at the same time. I suggest sprinting at the end of your workout as this can really sap your strength.

5. Interval running is the key for rapid fat loss. When you do intervals you change your pace every few minutes so that you're running at different paces. This allows you to really push yourself for a few moments and then to slow down to a more comfortable pace in the next few minutes.

What this does is give you a way to push your body and not do a too short workout. You should strive for a 20 minute run at a minimum and intervals are the way for you to get that short but effective workout.

Naturally, there are other cardio workouts which can help you burn fat, but running to burn belly fat is certainly one of the best ones and a personal favorite of mine.

Be sure to also do strength workouts and watch your diet for the best results.
