I guess they all failed for you too or you wouldn't be looking for some more answers right? Allow me to offer some simple methods- a new way of thinking maybe and definatley a Simpler approach -Treat the Cause and Effect

Pain is simply a warning, your body saying you have a problem fix it.

Assuming you have checked with your doctor and been told it is simply a "muscle problem" or some other vague explanation try these suggestions to fix the problem

* Start walking. Walking helps drastically make sure you wear good supportive shoes, avoid steep hills and take it easy at first. Start with 5 minutes then 10 then 15 then build up to 30 minutes.
* Avoid food containing over 5% fat. The aim is to loose some weight to ease the train on your back.
* Stand close to a wall on one leg. Turn your toes out and lift the leg backwards. Hold then extend forward. Also a good remedies for cramp.
* Lie flat on the floor and raise both knees up as high as you can towards your chest. Hug them . This stretches your lower back out.
* Sit on your knees and reach out towards the floor in front of you.
* Get on your hands and knees and arch your back towards the ceiling
* To finish lie on a bed or the floor for 5 minutes with a pillow under your knees.

The key is to take everything slowly and increase the number of sets you do. Keep a note on your computer or on a calendar of the progress you will make.
