We become so preoccupied to earn a settled life in this brief existence that we forget to enjoy it in the first place. Is this the true meaning of life?. Facing such dilemma, we fail to realize the fact that the biggest and common problem as a simple and easy solution. Here are 10 simple steps to achieve enlightenment and forever keep that beautiful smile alive.
1. Take Responsibility
Don’t blame others for your sadness. Constantly blaming someone else and crying in front of others to gain pity will resolve nothing. You can only be happy if you want to be happy. Growing up is not about how much body mass you have increased. Growing up is about realizing that there have never been any monsters under the bed. Ghosts and demons don’t actually exist. It’s just the people around us.
Take responsibility for your actions and outcomes. If you experience betrayal from a friend or companion, then instead of blaming them, be thankful to God that he showed you a jerk in life instead of making you into one for someone else to see. Learn to always be grateful for what you have. Never let the things you want, make you forget the things you have. Not everyone gets what they want in life, but remember that there are also people in the world, crying for not having something that you have right now. 3. Don't Regret Your Mistakes
Humans are made to make mistakes. Nobody is perfect. If we were perfect and without any flaws then we would be Gods. Mistakes are what teaches us what we did wrong. When something goes wrong, try to find a solution instead of wallowing in self-pity. After a mistake is made, there remains 2 options.
