Sheepskin Seat Covers

By | 1 Comments | Rating: 0 | |

Seat covers are an excellent investment for your motor vehicle, no matter what style or model, not only to protect the original seating fabric but also to add an element of decor sophistication. Choosing sheepskin seat covers can prove a superior choice and the best investment of your money.

Sheepskin is the perfect material for designing luxurious covers for a number of reasons. No other material can match sheepskin for providing constant temperature control. Whether you are driving during the hot, humid "Dog Days" of August or driving through a snowstorm on your way to a holiday celebration, the sheepskin you are sitting on feels pleasant and comfortable. The natural construction of sheepskin allows for constant air circulation that prevents the build-up of heat as well as serves to protect from the cold. Even if your vehicle has been sitting in extreme temperatures all day or all night, when your seats are protected by sheepskin car seat covers, your seats will not be impacted in the least by these temperature extremes.

How many times during a muggy or humid day have your legs become uncomfortably stuck to vinyl or a leather seat cover? Because the natural wool fibers of sheepskin absorb up to one-third of its weight in moisture, your car seats will always feel dry and comfortable even when the weather is making you feel drippy.

The soft yet dense fur which is a unique characteristic of sheepskin makes this natural covering an extremely strong material which can withstand years of friction and pressure without getting worn down or worn out. Unlike seat covers made from polyester, cotton or other materials, sheepskin seat covers don't have to be replaced year after year and are designed to last for as many years as you own your vehicle. With minimal maintenance, seat covers made from sheepskin will look as attractive and feel just as cushy and luxurious as the first time you sat on them even after years of wear.

As many as half a dozen prime quality sheepskins are used to make each seat cover. You can custom order them designed to cover the center of your seat and the headrest in order to let the beauty and color of your vehicle's fabric shine through. Or you can choose to have the entire seat and headrest covered in the softness and luxury of sheepskin, designed using pelts that are 7/8 inch or less thick.

For the ultimate in car seat cover luxury, custom covers can be fashioned from premium 1-inch thick pelts that not only cover the entire seating and headrest area, but the armrests and the sides and upper back half of the seat as well.

No other car seat cover material comes close to matching the comfort, value, luxury and beauty of natural sheepskin seat covers. They are among the smartest investment anyone can make to create a more luxurious driving experience.

Buying a Sheepskin car seat might be the best way to spend money on car seats but having to clean them is a hectic job. I did buy sheepskin for my seat covers but failed miserably a dozen times cleaning them. I then went and got my self a monthly cat detailing http://www.detailxperts.net/automobile_detailing plan from DetailXperts, love the new smell off the car seats every time now!
