Simple Guide to Whiten Veneers

After this, the extent of staining should be determined. Only if the staining is too much, should you go for the whitening process. The procedure to whiten a porcelain veneer is as follows 1. First, the bonding material that has become discolored is removed from the top edge of the tooth. 2. Then, composite resin is tinted to a suitable color. 3. After this, the bonding material that has been stained is replaced by the resin material obtained in the last step. The result of this process might not be very pleasant if the procedure is not done properly. Therefore, it is crucial that you obtain enough information about the process before going forth with it. Now, here is the procedure to whiten veneers of composite resin 1. First, the veneer is polished for maintenance. 2. If the maintenance polishing does not yield desired results, the composite resin that has been stained is removed. 3. After this, a new resin of an appropriate color is tinted. 4. Finally, it is put in the place of the stained resin. The whitening process for porcelain veneer can also be done from behind. In this method, a bleaching solution is applied to the back of the teeth after removing filler content if any. After this, new filler material is used for replacement. The whitening process depends on the budget, the dental condition and the amount of staining that you have.
