Getting toned arms may sound very difficult but in reality it’s not. You don’t need to pay for any expensive membership cards or join a gym, in fact you can do these moves from the comfort of your own home. Try the following simple-but-effective exercises at home.
1. This is a very basic workout for the arms. Lift you hand, bending the elbow and touch the shoulder on the same side with your fingertips. Repeat on the other side.
2. For this next exercise you can use any of the following:
2 dumbbells
2 small bottle of water filled with water/sand
2 heavy books
Lift one of the above weights towards your shoulder. This is a good workout for your biceps.
3. Now using the weights lift your hands towards the ceiling.
Vary the exercises above. Repeat 10-20 times each. You can add the above exercises to the workout which you already do. Remember to breathe correctly (exhale as you lift the weights and inhale when you lower them down). Good luck!
