If you are looking for a skin tightening cream, please, save your money, because such products simple don't exist. Sure, that "best skin tightening cream" may improve the visible appearance of your skin by making your wrinkles slightly less noticeable, but it will certainly not magically tighten your skin. The manufacturers of skin care products are in no way regulated by the government. This means that they can make virtually any claims that they want. As such, you have to be very weary of creams, pills, or gels, which make big claims. The only two methods that are known to tighten your skin are Titan, which makes use of infrared light, and Titan, which uses radiofrequency waves. Both of these procedures are expensive. Thermage will set you back around $1,000-$4,000 and Titan will cost in the neighborhood of $2,000. Even if you use Titan or Thermage you have to be realistic. Everyone gets old and everyone ages. That's just the way it is. Eventually the collagen that builds up as a result of these treatments will go away and you'll have your old skin back. The results aren't dramatic either. Expect to see a slight improvement in your skin. Regardless, here are some things you can do to prevent your skin from sagging in the future.

Wear sunscreen. This will not only prevent your skin from loosening, it will prevent wrinkles. Wearing sunscreen is the best thing you can do to prevent loose skin and wrinkles. In fact, this may really by the best skin tightening cream or "best eye lift cream" you can get.

Consider getting a chemical peel, either a professional one or one which you can buy from home.

Be sure to use moisturizers and to take in Vitamin A.
