Skype for Android is sure to delight Android users. For a first version, there are a myriad of features and options, the result is really convincing and audio quality of calls is almost perfect. Concerning the OS, the minimum requirement is Android 2.1. On Nexus One with Android 2.2.1, the result is just perfect.

Android Skype has an accessible interface, segmented into four tabs. The grip is the fastest, although there are some weaknesses in terms of ergonomics, especially for quick search of contacts. At first launch of the application, you will be offered to import the contacts on your phone or export your contact list and Skype numbers. You cannot perform synchronization.
