  1. Brown the pork chops in oil in a skillet. Drain it afterwards.

  • 6 medium potatoes - thinly sliced

  1. Brown the pork chops in 2 tablespoons of oil. Drain the fat afterwards.
  2. Mix the soup, chicken broth, mustard, thyme, garlic and pepper. This all happens directly in the slow cooker!

  4. Place the browned pork chops on top of the potato mixture.
  5. Cover it and cook on LOW for 8-10 hours or on HIGH 4-5 hours.

  • 1/2 medium jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 tea-spoon rubbed sag
  • 1/2 tea-spoon dried rosemary leaves
  • 1/8 tea-spoon black pepper
  • 4 cups unseasoned cornbread stuffing mix
  • 1.25 cups reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten.

  1. Trim excess fat from pork and discard
  2. Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray
  3. Heat over medium heat
  4. Add pork
  5. Cook onion, celery, pecans, jalapeño pepper, sage, rosemary and black pepper to skillet
  6. Cook it 5 minutes. or until tender!
  7. Set it aside
  8. Combine the cornbread stuffing mix, vegetable mixture and broth in a medium bowl
  9. Stir in an egg
  10. Spoon stuffing mixture into slow cooker
  11. Arrange pork on top
  12. Cover it and cook on low for about 5 hours in the slow cooker
