Having a snack after breakfast, before lunch and befor supper is not a bad thing. Therefore, you need to be eating the right snack food to make your day more healthy. It is okay to eat a lot in one day as long as its not junk food. Some people tend to eat a lot of food that are not good for your metabolism wich causes you to gain more fat. If you are doing this all the time and you notice it has come to a bad habbit you can't take controll of, then you need to make some changes and fast! What you can do is replace all your junk with the healthier group like fruits and veggies. If your hungry and you notice there is nothing to eat in your cupboards but healthy things, you will get use to eating what you have, and, if you did replace them all, you wont be eating junk food. Doing this can get you out of that nasty habbit you had with junk food and get into a healthier one. After a week or so, you will notice you need to go get some grocery because you are running low on food. Here is a great tip: Before you go shopping at the grocery store, eat. If you go there on a full stomach, you will not be getting the cravings for those fatning foods you use to always buy, and because you have gotten' into that habbit of eating the good stuff all the time, you will be more focused on buying those.

Note: Food is not the only thing that can add fat or calories. There is also drinks. Did you know water is the healthiest drink ever? that is the ones with no salt. So do not keep buying pepsi and all of that. Get juice and a case of bottled water. It's the best way to go! Average humans are suppose to get 6 to 8 servings of water per day. Get Moving!

This is not only gonna make you lose some weight, it will also help you get in a better shape then what you before you replaced all the bad with the goods. Trust me, it works! Go for walks, go to the gym or even do a little excersise in your home, it will help you transform your body and people will start to notice you.

Banana Malted Milk Shake


  • 2 cups non fat chocolate or vannilla ice cream
  • 1 sliced banana
  • 1/2 cup of skim milk
  • 3 tablespoons malted milk powder


Put mesured ingredients in blender and mix o high until smooth. Poored into chilled glass, garnished with banana slich, and serve.

It holds:

Cantaloupe Slush With Mango


  • 1 medium-sized cantaloupe
  • Juice of half a melon
  • 2 teaspoon of honey
  • 1 mango


Peel and seed cantaloupe. Cut into 1 inch pieces. (Should equal to 6 cups) Place in blender or food processor with lemon juice and honey and puree until very smooth. Pour mixture into a shallow 9x12 glass pan and set in freezer for 2 hours.

With a fork, chip and stir the icy mixture and return it to the freezer for 2 - 4 hours. Peel and cut mango into long thin, attractive slices, avoiding the pit. Again with a fork, chip the frozen cantaloupe so it resembles a snow cone or shaved ice. Spoon it into clear bowls, and top with mango slices. Serve.
