Some Acne Remedies
Having acne take over your face or anywhere else on your body can be quite a pain to have to deal with. Although acne is a common thing to have, it doesn't mean that you should just idly sit while it absorbs your face. If you don't want to spend any money then there are tons of acne remedies you can use instead. This article will give you a couple of remedies as well as some tips on how to help prevent more acne from showing.
The first acne remedy involves using some honey. All you do is apply some to your face and leave it there for an hour or so. After that, just wash it off with some warm water. Another remedy is to do the same thing but with some toothpaste. You can also try putting some lemon juice on the acne as well. Another thing you can do is to use your saliva when you wake up in the morning. It does sound somewhat gross but there are people who swear by this method.
As you can see, many of these remedies or any other acne remedies that you will find online will require you to do some experimenting. Many of them won't even make sense but it can work. Keep in mind that if you have sensitive skin, you will want to try out different solutions by only applying these things to a small part of your face just to see how your skin reacts before using it on the rest of your face.
Getting rid of acne is one thing but what you want to focus more on is preventing them from coming back. Acne will go away by itself but they will also come back on its own as well. So you will want to do things like drinking plenty of water and washing your face everyday. Also, you should avoid trying to pop them too soon since it can cause scars. Having to figure out how to get rid of acne scars is a much bigger challenge then getting rid of some pimples.
If you are finding that acne remedies that involve using things from home doesn't help, then you should just spend some money and buy acne products that will help you deal with the issue. They don't cost all that much. You can buy them online in order to save some money as well. You can also talk to a dermatologist to see if he or she can recommend any products for you to try. Anything with benzoyl peroxide should do the trick.
