If the amount you enter for your goal weight loss is more than 10 percent of your current weight, you will be asked to lose a certain amount of weight first before attempting the Special K Weight Loss Program. If your goal choice is ideal, you will be given a date when they think you can lose the weight by using their special meal plan menus.
