Star Wars and Harry Potter Legos - the Most Popular Legos Ever!

Legos have been enormously popular among children worldwide since they were introduced in Denmark by Ole Kirk Christiansen in the 1930's. Although originally made as simple, snap together building blocks they have since developed into theme based sets featuring popular movies including Star Wars, Harry Potter, Indiana Jones and many more. Legos continue to increase in popularity as more themes are added and well loved themes developed further.

In addition to movie themes Lego also manufacture other sets to excite the imagination of any child including medieval knights and castles, dinosaurs, robots and space vehicles and many, many more. For the more technically minded Lego Technics are available that are based on actual working machines or trucks. These are more complex to build and include steering and suspension systems. They can be purchased for a range of different abilities so you could start with a more basic set and move on to the more complex designs as your skills develop.

Legos continue to increase in popularity as these high quality building toys, that fire the imagination of children everywhere, continue to be improved upon. There is sure to be a Lego set that is perfect for every child!
