Start Juicing Today!

Simply put, you must get a juicer. There is no reason not to. It is an incredible way to maintain a healthy body every day of the year.

For those that don't know, a juicer is a machine that will extract the juice out of produce you put into it. The type of produce you can juice will depend on the type of juicer you get. The most popular juicers are centrifugal juicers. They spin really fast to get the juice out of your produce (after shredding it.) These are about $100 each and are great for juicing a wide variety of produce.

The second most popular juicer are auger juicers. They're known to be a lot better, but also a lot more expensive. They cost around $250!!! Personally, I use a centrifugal juicer myself and it works great though. The only real issue is that the leftover pulp of some produce I juice is still wet, like oranges, which means that there is still a lot of juice not extracted and you may need to run the pulp again through the juicer. Whatever you choose, you will not be disappointed with your juicer.

Juicing is a great way to stay healthy. There are plenty of people just like me that like to talk about eating healthy, but never really do. You might even try changing your diet for about a week before giving up. The problem is that it is boring. Few people want to eat raw fruits and vegetables all the time. However, by juicing them, it is faster than ever. Put them in the juicer, and in a few seconds, you have raw juice that is chock full of nutrients for you! Your body will love it!
