How To Prepare Cucumber and Mint Crush

Cucumber and mint crush is an easy to make recipe.

Take a medium sized cucumber and chop it. Take the sprigs of mint leaves and pluck the leaves from the stems. Now, put the cucumber pieces and mint leaves in a blending jar. Add sugar, a pinch of black salt, lemon juice and a little water. Blend the mixture. Pour it in a glass and sprinkle some chat masala over it. Garnish with mint leaves. This beverage contains most of the tastes of a taste palate. It is sweet, it is salty and it is sour.
