Things You Will Need
Preheated Oven (250 degrees)
Step 1Tear off sheets of aluminum foil large enough to securely cover your beet. You will want to make sure each beet is fuly covered as they will get quite juicy. Preheat your oven to 250 degrees.
Wash and trim the foliage off the beets. You can chop up some stems and roast it with your beets as well. Wrap each beet securly with foil. Place on a baking dish and place in the oven. The beets are done when they are fork tender. Small beets around 2-3 inches in diameter will take about 20 minutes to cook.
