What is a superfood?

One of the best way to include super foods, and superfood supplements into your diet is to make healthy superfood smoothies as a meal replacement, compliment, or snack.  Balancing some of the more traditional superfood supplements along with tasty ingredients like cacao or blueberries are a great way to make sure you are meeting all of your dietary requirements.  Some of the most popular superfood smoothie recipes are:
Chocolate Banana Superfood Smoothie:

Step 1 - Add 16oz into the blender.
Step 2 - Add 1.5 frozen bananas, and 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder.
Step 3 - Add 1 tablespoon pure coconut oil
Step 4 - Blend on your high setting until smooth.

Superfood Pina Colada:

Step 1 - Add 12oz of coconut water into the blender.
Step 2 - Add ½ cup fresh cut coconut.
Step 3 - Add 1 frozen banana.
Step 4 - Add 2 tablespoons of hemp seed
Step 5 - Add 1 tablespoon of flax-seed oil.
Step 6 - Blend on high setting until smooth.
Step 7 - Sweeten to taste with your preferred natural sweetener.
