The Sweet Treats Cricut cartridge is possibly my favorite! It has the cutest images and the neatest features. In addition to just the regular die-cuts that it creates of delicious-looking cakes, cupcakes and ice cream cones, you can also create homemade and gorgeous cupcake papers. I did some of these for my sister-in-law's baby shower for my twin nephews in the colors of their nursery and they were a huge hit! Everyone at the shower was talking about how beautiful and neat they were! These will give a special touch to any baby shower, birthday or holiday party and will make your cupcakes look even more appetizing!

One of the best and most useful features of the Sweet Treats Cricut cartridge is the Card feature. All you do is crank up the size on the dial to around 6 inches and press this button and then, PRESTO, you have a cute card in the shape of a cupcake or other treat! I think whoever it was that thought to put this feature on the cartridge should win some kind of award. I've used it many times and it makes creating truly unique cards so simple! Every cartridge should come with this ability!

One feature that I haven't gotten around to testing out is the party favors. You can make little party favor boxes in adorable shapes just by cutting them out on your Cricut and gluing the appropriate tabs! I don't have a lot of use for favor boxes but I know plenty of people who would get a lot of use out of this setting!

There are also some great phrases that work perfectly with the cards, such as, "ready, set, blow," "Happy Birhtday," and "That Takes The Cake." These phrases are set in a font that works great for the front of a card. Then there are images of "number candles" that can be used on age-specific birthday cards to personalize your projects even further. You can also create tags on this cartridge which work exceptionally well when scrap booking, especially to put next to a particular photo with a description of the image or as a "text bubble." Lots of people use tags in scrap booking but you can also use them on your Christmas gifts. Instead of using the plain, old stick-on type, you can have something that you cut yourself and that matches your gift wrap. Just tie it to the gift with a cute ribbon or string and your gifts will stand out under the Christmas tree!

Each image on this cartridge is unique and cool, they also come with cute little accent layers to really make your treats "pop" off the page. I can't think of anyone who wouldn't like to receive a birthday card in the shape of a cupcake! I have a blast playing with the color combinations between the cakes, frosting and wrappers and I think you would too! I highly recommend the Sweet Treats Cricut cartridge for anyone who loves die-cuts!
