The 4th Critical Error YOU May Be Making In Your Practice

Critical Error #4:

No System To Maximize The Absolute Gold-Mine Inside Your Medical Practice

Over and over again I can go into a medical practice, or just about any established business,
and significantly increase profits within a couple of weeks! Sounds unbelievable, right?

Well, believe me, I can do it, and have over and over again. So often the
medical marketing is
spent haphazardly on different things to generate new business, while the absolute #1, most
profitable resource is overlooked:

Your own patients!

The biggest problem I see is that most practices do not have a good way or any way at all,
to communicate with, and build an ongoing relationship with their patients.

Look, if you're not consistently communicating in various ways with your patients, I guarantee
you there is very little to NO relationship whatsoever.

I'll give you a first-hand example of what happens when there is no relationship.

I had some dental work done awhile back, by my dentist, who seemed to be as good as any,
and a nice guy, as well. He's conveniently located in the neighborhood where I live, and overall
the experience was pleasant and convenient.

But guess what?

I've not received any communication from him since I paid him over $1,000.00 at that last visit.
Not even any communication for a follow up appointment!

So imagine what happened...

In the meantime, I received several pieces of communication, and a well constructed offer
from a new office in town. In fact, I received about 1 per month for a few months.

So guess what? When it was time for my next appointment, imagine where I went?

Not to my previous dentist...The big lesson here is this: Top of Mind Awareness.

Whatever or whomever is at the "top" of your patients mind, is probably where they'll be going next.
You must have multiple ways to build relationships with your patients or they will go somewhere
else at the drop of a hat.

I would almost guarantee it's happening in your practice, but it's easily preventable.
