What comes in must come out. When talking about the type of things that we allow our into our mind, the more positive thoughts that you put into your head, the more positive things will come out as a result. The opposite of this is true as well. When you spend too much time thinking about negative things like bad circumstances, lack of progress, etc., you will eventually have bad results as well. There will be road blocks and obstacles that will often times make you want to quit.
