Acne can be irritating to most people who are susceptible to it because it comes and goes from time to time, from the onset of puberty and finally to adult life. Acne targets a specific time frame in one's life where socialization, making connections and having relationships to various people take place. It is considered as a physical nuisance, an embarrassment, a vacuum of space that deeply affects social connections. That is why dealing with face acne has to be done successfully to prevent further breakouts and humiliation.

Acne can be in the form of pimples, blackheads, whiteheads – or an outbreak of zits not limited to the face, but also may target the neck, shoulders, back and the chest. For people who suffer from bad skin acne, a certain kind of discomfort, both physical and social are likely to be felt and that is why to veer away from this discomfiture and suffering, here are some of the best tips for preventing acne, especially to clear face acne.

1. Follow a Strict Facial Skin Care Regimen. Nothing beats a strict facial skin care regimen to prevent any prospective zits from their imminent outbreaks. Always keep your face clean through following your own regimen that would be suitable for you. Conventional steps would include using these skin care products in the following order: facial wash or foam to wash away the dirt and clogged dirt; facial toner and cleaner to clean the remaining residue; and facial moisturizer or cream to moisturize skin and restore natural oils and to keep it from getting dry. A skin care regimen like this can be done in the morning before starting your day's activities and in the nighttime before going to sleep.

2. Drink Lots of Water. Water's natural cleaning ability is helpful in maintaining your skin's natural glow. Water naturally cleanses the body and washes away the toxins that are inside the body. It is highly recommended to drink 6-8 glasses a day and if you follow water therapy then it would produce much better results.

3. Eat Healthy Food. Maintaining a healthy wise diet and meals can prevent facial outbreaks. Include fresh fruits and vegetables in your daily meals; as well as food rich with proteins and antioxidants as they are likely to decrease oil production.

4. Keep Under the Shade. Keeping under the direct heat of the sun will protect your skin from the dangerous UV rays. Some facial skin care solutions have UV-protect qualities and it is highly recommended to use them if your day to day activity would require you frequent outdoor exposures. As much as possible, keep under the shade so as not to inflame your pimples and aggravate your skin. 5. Have A Good Night Sleep. It may not occur to you, but acne can be the product of a stressful day. Take a break and get a good night sleep, and overtime it would produce good results to your skin.
