In addition to that, making a binder is also very helpful. Especially if you are the type of person that sometimes forgets to workout, make yourself a daily checklist chart. Post it in a place that you are likely to walk by often during the day, and for every workout you complete put a check mark next to that day. This will help you see how often you work out and can motivate you to keep working towards your goal. You can do it!
There are many different ways you can approach this for your plan. Sometimes it is cool if you keep a money jar somewhere nearby. Every time you complete a successful workout, tip yourself one dollar. Once you have completed, say, fifty workouts, go out and treat yourself to that new pair of shoes you have always been wanting! It will be well worth the wait. Maybe you want to save up and buy that new pair of jeans now that you can fit into them! The possibilities are endless! Have fun with it!
