Using the slow cooker there is no need to keep stirring and checking the meat during the cooking process as nothing will stick, burn r ruin.
Once the pork is cooked pull it apart and serve on a bed of rice or egg noodles, pour over some of the left over sauce and enjoy.
If you don’t like using ready-made jar sauces or prefer to make you own sweet and sour sauce from scratch you can dispense with the jar sauce and use your own instead.

The pulled pork is nice cold, however it is even better warmed up on the bbq and the best way to do this is to wrap the pork in tin foil and gently warm through on the grill.
