The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Plugin Dibella's Watch Walkthrough Maps - Port Constanze, Port Zerrva, Scarley Village and Vernuzen

Maps for quests from the Oblivion plugin Dibella's Watch. Clutter refers to the worthless and low value items found in containers.

Port Constanze

Port Constanze is visited during the quests The Best Tavern Ever and The Retiree. Constanze Farm, where Guard Captain Lars goes to retire in The Retiree, is just along the road to the west.

(1) Governor's House

Notable items in the Governor's House are the valuable books Azura and the Box, Tamrielic Lore and Provinces of Tamriel and the rare book The Brothers of Darkness and a bottle of Lazeera's Fine Wine, one of which is needed for the quest Alcoholics Guild. Governor Actius needs to be seen during the quest The Retiree.

(3) The Happy Gallows

Namire sells a number of repawning potions, Potion of Grace, a Potion of Fortitude, a Potion of Insight, a Potion of Fortune, a Potion of Sorcery, a Potion of Charisma, a Potion of Alacrity, a Potion of Might, a Potion of Dedication, two Strong Potions of Healing, five Potions of Healing and ten Potions of Respite, as well as various wines and ingredients.

Gra-Maruch can be found in the inn prior to the relevant stage in the quest Dibella's Wrath.

(5) Harbour Warehouse

The warehouse is full of containers holding clutter and food.

(6) Port Constanze Chapel

The chapel has an Altar of Dibella in it.

(7) Bjoern's House

(8) Port Constanze Guard Barracks

(9) Trader Wordan's Stall

Trader Wordan buys books, clothing, ingredients, lights, alchemical apparatus, miscellaneous items, magic items and potions with 500 Gold and sells clothes and silverware.

(10) Lena Smith's Stall

Lena Smith will buy weapons and armour with 600 Gold and sells armour and weapons and repairs items.

(11) Trader Bjoern's Stall

Trader Bjoern buys ingredients, magic items and potions with 550 Gold and sells food and ingredients.

(12) Docks - Here are:

Barmaid Jia - She will follow the player back to the Forest's Edge Inn in the quest The Best Tavern Ever.

Captain Gudrun - He will take the player to the Imperial City Waterfront.

(13) University of Constanze

Port Zerrva

Port Zerrva is where the player will arrive on Dibella's Watch when travelling from Anvil Docks.

(1) Harbour Office

The notable items in the office are the valuable books Mystery of Talara, v 5 and The Argonian Account, Book 2.

Harbourmaster Marcel will buy ingredients and potions with 300 Gold.

(2) The Alcoholics' Guild

The guild is filled with bottles of Cheap Wine, Ale and Mead. Can't-Stop-Drinking, the guildmaster, starts the quest Alcoholics Guild.

(3) Port Zerrva Home

The key to this empty house, and its' ownership, are received as a reward for completing the quest Alcoholics Guild. The house is largely empty, providing lots of storage space, with the most noteworthy items in it being the valuable book The Argonian Account, Book 4 and the Mercantile skill book A Dance in Fire, v6.

(4) The Hermit's House

Notable items in this house are the valuable book The Argonian Account, Book 4 and the Mercantile skill book A Dance in Fire, v6.

Avus the Hermit will recharge magic items and train Restoration up to level 75.

(5) Port Zerrva Trader

There are a number of pieces of armour and weapons in the trader's, as well as a Jade Amulet.

Shopkeeper Neris buys weapons, armour, clothing, lights, miscellaneous items and potions with 2,000 Gold.

(6) Fabius' House

As well as a substantial number of different bottles of wine, in this house are the valuable books The Argonian Account, Book 2 and The Argonian Account, Book 4.

(7) Watchtower

(8) Captain Wergaard

He will take the player back to Anvil Docks for 100 Gold.

Scarley Village

(1) Scarley Castle

(2) Narvan's Trade House

The most notable item in here is an Ebony Bow.

Lorcan Narvan buys weapons, armour, books, clothing, ingredients, lights, alchemical apparatus, potions and miscellaneous items with 2,000 Gold and sells weapons, armour, clothing, alchemical apparatus, Beer, food, books and miscellaneous items.

(3) Benzai Farm

The most notable items in here are three bottles of Cyrodilic Brandy.

(4) Sentennius' Farm

The most notable items in here are three bottles of Cyrodilic Brandy and a Nirnroot.

(5) Scarley Chapel

Father Lemarque supposedly buys and sells ingredients and potions with 230 Gold, but he does not appear to do so. There is an Altar in the chapel.

(6) Old Oak Pub

Publican Decimalus buys ingredients and potions with 330 Gold and sells food and alcohol. There is a bottle of Lazeera's Fine Wine, one of which is needed for Alcoholics Guild, in the pub.

(7) Jacques' Dairy Farm

(8) Monument

This monument to Lord Mordon Scarley appears after he dies in The Battle of Grandoak Cross.

(9) Miller's House

This is built after the player pays to have the windmill built in Ruling Scarleyshire.

(10) Scarley Mill

This is built after the player pays to have the windmill built in Ruling Scarleyshire.

Vernuzen

Vernuzen on Dibella's Watch
(1) Yaevus' House

(2) The Seamstress Sisters

The most notable items in this building are a Bronze Amulet, a Brass Pearl Ring and a Weak Poison of Sickness. Seamstress Celawen buys books, ingredients, lights, miscellaneous items, magic items and potions with 1,000 Gold and sells a Carrot; Seamstress Wenhil buys clothing with 500 Gold.

(3) The Inventor's House

Sonelfin the Inventor buys weapons, armour and alchemical apparatus with 600 Gold and will repair items.

(4) The Author's House

Lergaer the Author buys books with 500 Gold.

(5) Vernuzen Great Hall

In this there are an Ayleid Coffer and an Ayleid Reliquary each of which contains Gold and may contain gems, ingredients, alchemical apparatus, soul gems, potions and spell scrolls. Edelfin the Barkeeper buys ingredients, miscellaneous items and potions with 600 Gold and sells a Carrot.

Notable items in here are the Heavy Armour skill book How Orsinium Passed to Orcs, the valuable books Provinces of Tamriel and Mystery of Talara, v 5 and a bottle of Surilie Brothers Vintage 399 (one of which is needed for the quest Alcoholics Guild).
