He asks you to go to The City for him, and go to Goods n' Trade and speak to Shopkeeper Tiberius.

"The shopkeeper in Dibella's Watch is sending over a table and some chairs to Forest's Edge."

The Location of Lazeera's Vineyard on Dibella's WatchCredit: Antiscamp/Bethesda Softworks/eGDC LtdNow return to the inn and talk to Makes-His-Own-Booze again. This time tell him "You need better drinks."

Lazeera the WinemakerCredit: Antiscamp/Bethesda Softworks/eGDC Ltd"I'm going to Lazeera's Vineyard now to see if we can't arrange better types of drinks for the Forest's Edge."

Go to Lazeera's Vineyard, which is not far away, and speak to Lazeera the Winemaker.

"Lazeera was thrilled. She will sign a deal with the Forest's Edge and supply the tavern with her own excellent wines!"

Go back to Forest's Edge again, and speak to Makes-His-Own-Booze. This time tell him "You should dress better yourself."

"Now I'm on my way to the Fashion Statement, the clothier in town, to get a new outfit for the publican at The Forest's Edge Inn."

Selarus the Clothier from the Fashion Statement in Dibella's WatchCredit: Antiscamp/Bethesda Softworks/eGDC LtdGo to the Fashion Statement in The City and talk to Selarus the Clothier, who gives you a Burgundy Linen Shirt and Burgundy Linens.

"The clothier is sending a new outfit to the Forest's Edge Inn for the publican there to use. I bet he'll look smashing in this and attract more great customers!"

Go back again to the inn, and speak to Makes-His-Own-Booze, who takes the clothes. This time suggest "Maybe some interior decorating?"

Rovesa Wren in the City on Dibella's watchCredit: Antiscamp/Bethesda Softworks/eGDC Ltd"Forest's Edge is shaping up. I recommended he give some consideration to interior decorating, and he's now sending me to speak with Rovesa Wren in the City for some tips. She's obviously the expert on these matters."

Return to The City and find Rovesa Wren, who lives in the Wren Family House, and may be outside it.

Barmaid Jia at Port ConstanzeCredit: Antiscamp/Bethesda Softworks/eGDC Ltd"Rovesa has agreed to help us out at the Forest's Edge. She has already sent over some things that he might use to decorate and make the tavern even more comfy."

Return to Forest's Edge again, and this time tell Makes-His-Own-Booze "You should get a barmaid."

"The owner of the Forest's Edge is now sending me to Port Constanze. He tells me a suitable barmaid just stepped off the boat from Tamriel a few days ago. I should go look for her and ask if she wants to work at the Best Tavern Ever."

Go to Port Constanze and find Barmaid Jia, who is near the docks, and speak to her. She agrees to follow you back to the inn, so return and speak to Makes-His-Own-Booze. This completes the quest, and the publican is very happy with you. There is no other reward, although the inn does now sell a better range of goods.

The Location of Wordham Castle on Dibella's WatchCredit: Antiscamp/Bethesda Softworks/eGDC LtdThe Lost Daughter

If not done earlier, this quest will need doing during the Main Series quest The Messenger in order to complete that one. To start the quest, speak to Sir Meyowind Wordham in Wordham Castle, and ask him "Your daughter?"

He says his daughter went missing some time ago and he is really worried about her. He tells me to talk to his son, Reynald Wordham, to maybe get some more information about her whereabouts."

FReynald Wordham in Wordham VillageCredit: Antiscamp/Bethesda Softworks/eGDC Ltdind Reynald Wordham, who may be in the castle or alternatively in Wordham Village. Ask him about "Your sister?" and he tells you that she went to join the Countess' Banner. Go to the Countess' Banner in the City and make your way to the Barracks. Here speak to Countess Banner Trooper Leowina.

Countess Banner Captain LeynaCredit: Antiscamp/Bethesda Softworks/eGDC Ltd"I have found Leowina Wordham at the Countess' Banner HQ at Dibella's Watch. She misses her family, yes, but says she can't just quit the Countess' Banner since she has already sworn the oath. I should speak to the garrison commander, Captain Leyna, about this."

Find Captain Leyna, who is probably roaming the City, and speak to her.

"Leyna, the Commander of the Countess' Banner HQ, says she can't release Leowina Wordham before the girl has earned her rank properly."

Tell Captain Leyna "I want to help Leowina" and she tells you how you can.

The Location of the Northern Mine on Dibella's WatchCredit: Antiscamp/Bethesda Softworks/eGDC Ltd"To help Leowina out, she and I need to clear the Northern Mine near the Red Heart Inn. We should travel there together and meet with the mine's owner to see what's going on."

Mine Owner Endaris of the Northern MineCredit: Antiscamp/Bethesda Softworks/eGDC LtdHead back to the Countess' Banner and find Leowina. Tell her "Come with me to the Northern Mine." Go to the Northern Mine and speak to Mine Owner Endaris, who tells you that some miners have become violent after too much Skooma and gives you the Northern Mine Key.

"We've talked to the Northern Mine Owner. He tells us we need to clear the mine from some violent and murderous miners gone bad. They are probably on Skooma, armed and dangerous, so we should watch out when we enter the mine."

Enter the mine and kill all the Skooma Miners (there are four) then leave and report to Endaris - although you may want to check the various Chests, Silver and Gold Veins first.

"The skooma miners are all dead and the mine owner was happy with our operation. The miners had killed their hostage already, sadly, but Leowina is now free from her oath and as soon as we've reported back to the Commander, she can go home to Wordham."

Return to the City and find Captain Leyna again.

"Captain Leyna has released Leowina from her duties at the Countess' Banner Barracks and the girl is now free to go home and serve there as Countess' Banner observer officer instead."

Speak to Leowina again to complete the quest. By saying to her "You promised me a reward?" she says she will give you one when she returns home. Go to Wordham Castle's Great Hall - if you fast travel there, you will probably beat her - and ask her again about the reward and she gives you Leowina's Amulet, which has the powers of a Grand Amulet of Reflection.
