Volen now wants you to find out where the Skooma is being smuggled into the Slums. He gives you 25 Gold, and tells you to bring back two Skooma.
"This is going to be a dirty, smelly job. First I'll need to figure out how The Righteous are getting into the sewers from the graveyard. Then I will need to search the sewers to find out where in the Slums The Righteous are exiting the sewers. Why that is just what I was hoping for, an opportunity to spend the day crawling through the sewers. Gee maybe if I am really lucky a flock of birds will fly by and use me for target practice as well. I might as well head to the graveyard and get this over with."

"So this is where they enter the sewers. Not a bad idea actually. As long as they can get by a few undead, they can get into the sewers and under the city without anyone knowing it. Now all I need to do is find out where they are leaving the sewers and entering the Slums. Marvian mentioned a skooma shipment that came through here recently. With any luck they dropped a few along the way. Hopefully they can help guide me through this labyrinth."
Credit: ed_conn and Bethesda SoftworksThey've dropped more than a few Skooma - over 1,000 Gold of it is lying on the floor. The first two bottles in the Sewers are at the base of the steps opposite where you entered. Go up those and follow the path of Skooma until you reach the entrance to Julianos Basement. There are some monsters in the sewer, but it is possible to sneak past them.
Enter the basement and there you will find quite a bit of Skooma. Look in a Wooden Chest and your log will update.
"Julnino's Arms? That is where they are bringing their shipments? Must be, here is the skooma shipment. I never would have guessed it. No time to tarry, getting caught in a Righteous shop is not on my "to do" list. I better grab a few of these bottles and go back the way I came. This will be another feather in Volen's cap."
Take a couple of bottles, then return the way you came through the Sewers and the Tomb. Return to Volen, who gives you 75 Gold and advances you to Soldier. You no longer need to report to him; you now have to speak to Helena Selectus, who you should see when you are ready for your next mission.
"Not a bad day after all. I completed the job, and earned a promotion. But most importantly my evaluation period is over and I am done with Volen. Arrogance and incompetence, what a bad combination. Good riddance. My new contact in the Knights is Helena Selectus. Things are looking up. When I am ready, I should report to her and find out what my next mission is."
Fiorde wants you to see where the Knights are smuggling into the Wealthy Section.
Credit: ed_conn and Bethesda Softworks"This job is going to stink, quite literally. Spending the day crawling through the sewers wasn't really on my wish list. But I am getting ahead of myself, I will need to start in the Old Silver Mine first. Varo's Knights are getting into the sewers through there somehow. If I can find out how then at least I'll have a starting point for my trek through the sewers. It has to be done, so the sooner I get started, the sooner I can finish. I mustn't forget to stop by Tubbia's Treatments on my way out of the Slums."
Tubbia will give a Weak Potion of Healing, a Weak Potion of Nighteye and a Weak Potion of Chameleon.
Go the Old Silver Mine. There are Bandits further into the mine, but it isn't necessary to go that far. There are some Loose Planks on the eastern wall of one of the chambers, just in front of where the Sewer Entrance is marked on the minimap. Activate the planks until they fall down allowing access to the Sewers. Enter the Sewers.

Was it part of some secret escape route designed years ago? Did they just happen upon some old smuggler's path? Either way, they obviously find it useful these days. It is a perfect way to enter and leave the city without anyone knowing it. Porventia mentioned a recent shipment. Any chance they left a trail of bread crumbs for me to follow. Nice dream, but I doubt it."
The Knights are smuggling through the basement of Beelet's Gems. The entrance is to the south west of where you came in. Make your way there; there may be a Bandit patrolling near the stairs to the Basement. Once the Basement is entered, your log updates.
"So this is where they keep their shipments. A gem dealer? Why not, who would think to look here? I doubt the Legion is going to search every legitimate shop just to find tax evaders. Come to think of it, who cares? I found a stockpile of supplies I can help myself to. I feel like a kid in a candy store. I do need to hurry though. I better grab what I can and go back the way I came before someone finds me here. This would not be good place for me to get caught."
Return to Fiorde and inform him of this. He promotes you to Radical, gives you 75 Gold, and tells you that from now on you will be reporting to Marvel Noland, who can usually be found in The Thirsty Peasant.
"Not a bad day after all. I completed the job, and earned an advancement. Now that my evaluation period is over, I will be reporting to Marvel Noland. I can probably find him in The Thirsty Peasant. When I am ready, I should report to Marvel and find out what my next mission is. In a strange way I am going to miss dealing with Fiorde. He wasn't a bad guy for a drunken womanizer. I don't think he could care less about the rebellion, but he certainly is entertaining."
Your next task will be to find a source of information from the other faction in A Spy.
