How Does The Juice Lady's Weekend weight-loss Diet Work?

It is a two-day eating program that helps you detoxify your system so that your body looses weight quickly.  On Friday night, you begin by drinking either a green smoothie or just juice for dinner.  On Saturday and Sunday, it is liquid all day long for both days.  On Sunday evening, you get to enjoy a "raw" food dinner.  The book, "The Juice Lady's Weekend Weight loss Diet," will walk you through the entire process so that you do it correctly.
